Stork Technologies
Privacy Policy

Who we are and what this policy covers
Stork Technologies Corporation ("Stork," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through our website and business inquiries. Information we process for clients while delivering services may be governed by a separate agreement.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, work email, phone number, company, project details, and other information you include in an inquiry or correspondence.
- Incomplete inquiries: when you select the form's contact-consent checkbox, we may save information you enter before you submit the form, including unfinished inquiries and validation failures, so we can troubleshoot problems and follow up about your inquiry.
- Technical and usage information: IP addresses, requested pages, browser and device information, timestamps, referring pages, and interactions with the site. Our systems also record information needed to detect spam and diagnose errors.
- Campaign information: campaign identifiers, referring campaign parameters, landing pages, and service interests associated with an inquiry. The site uses browser session storage to retain campaign information during your visit.
Please do not include passwords, payment card details, sensitive personal information, or confidential client data in website forms.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss and provide services, manage business relationships, recover incomplete inquiries where you have agreed to contact, maintain and secure the website, prevent abuse, understand website and campaign performance, and meet legal obligations. Agreeing to contact about an inquiry is not a subscription to a newsletter.
Cookies, analytics, and third-party services
The website uses session and security cookies to support forms and protect requests. When enabled, Google Tag Manager loads analytics or measurement tools, and HubSpot tracking helps us understand visits and manage business inquiries. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and receive information about your browser, device, visits, and interactions. Google Fonts is used to display website fonts, which requires your browser to contact Google's servers.
You can block or delete cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Some website features may not work correctly when cookies are blocked. Where a cookie-choice interface is displayed, you can also use its available controls. Browser Do Not Track signals do not currently change this website's behavior.
For information about these providers' practices, see Google's Privacy Policy and HubSpot's Privacy Policy. External websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.
Website version checks use the domain you enter to request public DNS information from Google Public DNS and visit the website to inspect its response headers. We save the submitted website domain, check time, reported PHP version, and full result, and email this information to our team even if you do not submit an inquiry. We use these records to review interest in our services and inform business outreach and marketing planning. Results may also be cached briefly to avoid repeated requests. The checker does not collect your contact details or identify you as the website owner. You can contact us to request deletion of a check record.
When information is shared
Information is processed by service providers that help us operate the website and business, including hosting, email, customer relationship management, analytics, and internal notification providers. For example, inquiry contact details may be sent to HubSpot, and inquiry information may be included in internal email or notification messages.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets. Analytics providers may process browser and usage information under their own policies as described above.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the information's purpose, our business relationship, operational needs, and applicable legal requirements. Inquiry records, correspondence, technical logs, and backups may have different retention periods. You can contact us to ask about retention or request deletion of your information.
We use safeguards intended to protect information, but no website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
Contact consulting@storkcorp.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have additional rights to object to or restrict processing, obtain a copy of your information, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained for legal or legitimate operational reasons.
International visitors and children
We are based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. Privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
Our website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
